Return & Refund Policy

All ARARA pieces are inspected before shipment. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference. All sales are final.

Damaged or defective items

If your piece arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at suporte@ararabrazil.com with your order number and clear photographs of the damage. We will assess each case individually and, where applicable, offer a replacement or store credit.

We are not responsible for damage resulting from improper use, exposure to chemicals, or normal wear.
