ARARA ships worldwide, with the exception of countries in South America.
Processing time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. During high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Estimated delivery times Delivery estimates vary by destination and are provided by the carrier at checkout. ARARA is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, local postal services, or circumstances beyond our control.
Customs & import duties International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. ARARA does not collect or reimburse these fees.
Lost or undelivered packages If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us at suporte@ararabrazil.com. We will do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee outcomes once a package has been accepted by the carrier.
