Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed on ararabrazil.com.

Shipping destinations
ARARA ships worldwide, with the exception of countries in South America.

Shipping cost
Free standard shipping is available on all eligible orders and destinations shown at checkout.

Order cutoff
The daily order cutoff is 12:00 a.m. (midnight), Eastern Time (GMT-05:00, New York). Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Handling time
Orders are prepared within 1–5 business days, Monday through Friday. During high-demand periods, preparation may take slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Transit time
After dispatch, transit is estimated at 5–10 business days, Monday through Friday.

Estimated total delivery time
The estimated total delivery time is 6–15 business days (1–5 business days for handling plus 5–10 business days in transit), counted after the applicable order cutoff. Weekends and public holidays are not business days. Delivery estimates may vary by destination and may be affected by customs clearance, local postal services, carrier delays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Customs & import duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. ARARA does not collect or reimburse these fees.

Lost or undelivered packages
If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us at suporte@ararabrazil.com. We will do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee outcomes once a package has been accepted by the carrier.
